Shacara Delgado is the Senior Vice President, Employment Law and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for Realogy Holding Corp., the largest full-service residential real estate services company in the United States.
In this role, Delgado leads Realogy’s Ethics & Compliance program. In addition, she manages employment, benefits and contractor relations legal matters in collaboration with law department senior leadership.
Delgado served as the Executive Chair of Realogy’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. She is also a member of the company’s Core Crisis Team and the company’s HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Prior to joining Realogy, Delgado spent several years as an employment and commercial litigation attorney in various private law firms in New York City and New Jersey. In addition to her legal work,
Delgado is a Trustee for Tri-County Scholarship Fund, serves on the Advisory Council for the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Delgado holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Seton Hall University.
