Sean Cohan is President of Bell Media, a Canadian media conglomerate that is the mass media subsidiary of BCE Inc. Its operations include national television broadcasting and production, radio broadcasting, digital media and Internet properties.

In this role, Cohan is responsible for Bell Media’s portfolio of premier assets in television, streaming, radio, digital and, out-of-home media.

Cohan has spent decades in the media and consumer businesses, including a 15-year tenure at A+E Networks ultimately in the role of President, International and Digital Media.

At A+E, Cohan’s teams were credited with driving global content, digital, and commercial transformation and rapid growth across the A+E business. He oversaw the company’s brands, content and services outside the U.S. He manages staff in New York, Los Angeles, London, Rome, Seoul, Singapore and Tokyo.

Most recently, Cohan was Chief Growth Officer & President at Nielsen, a global measurement and data analytics giant, where he drove innovation and directed strategy, corporate development, partner-ships, and all international teams and activities.

Cohan has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from Harvard University, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
