Sandra Rogers served as Vice President, Supply Chain for Hillrom, a global medical technology leader headquartered in Chicago, IL.
Rogers oversaw supply chain strategy development and execution across all business units and regions. Since joining Hillrom in 2016, Rogers is transforming the supply chain organization by building and leading a global team responsible for sales & operations planning, distribution and logistics.
Rogers served as executive sponsor of Embrace (the African American employee resource group), a member of the corporate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Council and chapter sponsor of the Professional Women’s Group.
Prior to joining Hillrom, Rogers was Vice President, Global Maintenance Services at NetJets Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
Rogers served on the board for New Community Outreach and previously with INROADS.
Rogers earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and M.S. in Manufacturing Management from Kettering.
