Sandra Dawn Grannum is a Partner in the Business Litigation Group at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and sits on the Firm’s Board of Directors.
Sandy co-chairs the firm’s nationwide Securities and Financial Services Team and is a member of its multi-practice Financial Industry Steering Committee.
Sandy is a trial attorney who is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She concentrates her practice on securities litigation, broker/dealer arbitration and regulatory defense as well as employment law litigation.
She began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
Later she moved in-house as an Associate General Counsel handling securities litigation at PaineWebber (now UBS Financial Services). She then became Senior Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel in UBS’s Employment Law Unit.
Sandy joined Faegre Drinker’s legacy firm Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP in January 2016. She has been a mentor, sponsor, and trainer to many associates over the years. Sandy sits on the Board of Directors of the Bon Secours Charity Health System where she chairs the Audit Committee.
Sandy earned her Bachelor’s degree from New York University and her Law degree from Harvard.
