Sabria McElroy is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office of Boies Schiller Flexner, where she represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving financial services, antitrust, technology, professional liability, and education.
Sabria’s experience includes defending Fortune 500 companies in litigation with private parties and the government, as well as smaller companies, school boards, other law firms, and individuals.
Sabria has been recognized as a Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigator in America and was the only Florida-based attorney selected by Bloomberg as one of the nation’s Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 in 2022.
Sabria co-chairs the firm’s diversity and hiring committees and is a board member of ChildNet, a nonpartisan nonprofit that manages the protection of over 3,000 neglected and abused children in South Florida. Her diversity-focused work was recognized with a Diversity and Inclusion award from the Daily Business Review.
Before attending law school, Sabria taught seventh grade at a public school in Philadelphia.
Sabria received her J.D. from Yale Law School, a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
