Ryann Richardson is Vice President of Marketing for North America at Victor, the global leader in private jet charter technology. In this role, she is responsible for growing Victor’s on-demand private jet marketplace in North America, driving user acquisition, retention and loyalty strategy; leading all brand development and public relations functions; and building and mentoring a team of world-class marketing subject matter experts.


Richardson is a consumer technology marketer, entrepreneur and advocate for diversity and inclusion in business and tech. Prior to joining Victor, she led East Coast regional marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development at Uber. She spearheaded the company’s presence at the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, and she designed Uber’s first comprehensive multicultural marketing strategy.


While at Uber, Richardson served on the employee- led Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, developing resources and recommendations to HR and C-suite leaders for improved recruiting and employee retention practices and cultural standards. She is a frequent speaker on issues of education and opportunities for underrepresented populations.


Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University).
