Russell Smith is Senior Vice President, Managing Director of North America for MRI Software, the global leader of real estate investment and property management software solutions for real estate owners, investors, and operators. Operating in more than 170 countries, MRI Software manages over 20 million units serving 4.2 million leases.
In this role, Russell has full P/L responsibility for the commercial real estate business segment for North America. Additionally, his functional responsibilities include growing the software, services, and partner revenue while leading solutions strategy and execution.
Russell has ~30 years of experience across Healthcare, Real Estate, M&A, and Technology. Before joining MRI Software, Russell was a leader at KPMG in mergers and acquisitions, a Chief Product Officer at Ingenious Med, SVP at McKesson Corporation and held several leadership roles at AT&T.
Russell received his executive education from University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Alabama A&M University.
