Russell E. Toney is Corporate Senior Vice President at Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturing company with $8 billion in revenues. In this role, he is responsible for Dover’s Global Sourcing organization and the company’s Global Innovation Center in India. Russell also has P&L responsibility for multiple operating companies in Dover’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Dover, Toney spent 13 years at the General Electric Company (GE). At GE, he held various Sales and P&L leadership roles in the Plastics business, as well as Supply Chain and Commercial leadership roles in the Energy business. Prior to GE, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant and at the Procter & Gamble Company in engineering and manufacturing roles.
Toney is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dupage Children’s Museum in Naperville, IL, a non-profit organization whose mission is to ignite the potential of all children to learn by integrating art, math and science.
Toney holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
