Robyn Minter Smyers is the Partner-in-Charge of the Cleveland office of Thompson Hine LLP, a firm ranked among the top firms nationally for excellent client service and providing value for the dollar.
Smyers practices in Thompson Hine’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, where she focuses on corporate real estate, commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, development, financing, leasing, and corporate transactions.
Smyers prides herself on embracing legal project management innovations for the benefit of her clients. She is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Smyers is known for her advocacy of causes that improve the quality of life in her community. She has previously served on the boards of many prominent non-profit and civic organizations, including The George Gund Foundation, Museum of Contemporary Art-Cleveland (MOCA), The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio, and currently serves on the board of The City Club of Cleveland and The African-American Philanthropy Committee of the Cleveland Foundation. She is also an active member of The Links, Incorporated.
Smyers holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School.
