Regina Jones is Vice President of Patient and Client Services at Accredo, Express Scripts’ Specialty Pharmacy for Express-Scripts. In this role, she is responsible for execution of all client-specific service and operational deliverables; championing customer and quality-focused business and providing the strategic organizational vision.


Jones also leads operational process, productivity, efficiency and enhancements for multi-facet client expectations and cross-functional VP partners. Leading enterprise learning and development to maximize client engagement and deliver exceptional, best-in class service, she serves as an internal voice to drive service, growth and operational excellence derived from key learnings, feedback and market advancements.


Jones is known for driving business results, maximizing positive client outcomes and challenging the status quo for patient expectations.


Jones most recent endeavor is her greatest accomplishment yet: seamlessly leading a $100 million technology transformation project that will change everything about the way Accredo interacts with and services patients.


Jones also manages the Client Service Team and travels the nation to talk to prospects, partners and clients about the great things the Accredo organization is doing in the specialty market.
