Regina Curry is the Chief Diversity Officer for Legg Mason, a global asset management firm.
With over 20 years of human resources and business experience, Curry is charged with advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the firm globally to support their mission of “Investing to Improve Lives” and achieve the growth strategy of “Expanding Client Choice.”
Curry was previously the Senior Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion for spices and flavor manufacturer McCormick & Company, Inc. In this position, she oversaw all aspects of global diversity and inclusion to increase diverse talent pipeline, employee engagement, enhance customer and community relationships, and drive sustainable superior business results.
Curry is a member of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Global Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Network of Executive Women. She is involved in the community and has served on the Board of Directors for Associated Black Charities.
Curry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. She is also Green Belt certified in Six Sigma, in Center for Creative Leadership 360 assessment, Procsi Change Management and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
