Ralph de Chabert is Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Brown-Forman Corporation, where he serves on Brown-Forman’s Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, de Chabert is responsible for developing and implementing a global diversity and inclusion strategy. His work touches Brown- Forman’s marketing efforts with diverse consumer groups, composition of the company’s workforce, diversity of its suppliers and aspects of its community involvement.
de Chabert has a significant track record of achievement, having spent nearly 30 years in the D&I space in roles as an external consultant with Pope & Associates, where he worked with many Fortune 500 companies, and as Chief Diversity Officer for American President Lines, McKesson, Corp and Safeway, Corp. in their respective corporate headquarters in California.
de Chabert serves on the Board of Directors of the Muhammad Ali Center.
de Chabert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Francis College, Master’s in Human Resources Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and Master’s in Education from John Carroll University.
