Rahquel Purcell is the Chief Supply Chain Officer responsible for transforming L’Oréal’s Supply Chain across $8 billion in revenue spanning Demand and Supply Planning, Physical Distribution and Customer Care Operations.
Rahquel joined L’Oreal in January 2016 and was promoted to her current responsibilities in February 2017 reporting to the CEO and Head of Operations. She’s driving a Consumer Driven, Digitally Powered Supply Chain as an engine of growth and competitive advantage for L’Oreal. The Supply Chain Transformation is well in flight with the introduction of a multi-category distribution network, end-2- end business alignment and stronger operational governance.
Prior to joining L’Oreal, Rahquel spent 23 years at Procter & Gamble with a career spanning Supply Chain and Purchases. Recognized as an inspirational leader motivating people to perform at high levels, she has a proven track record of delivering game-changing results across the US and Europe, in the beauty, consumer products, automotive and beverage industries.
Rahquel previously served on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Urban League and United Way and is a graduate of the University of Michigan (with honorary program degrees from MIT, Harvard and the CEDEP Business School in Paris).
