Quentin Roach is Chief Procurement Officer for The Estée Lauder Companies.
In this role, Quentin leads oversight of productivity & working capital improvement initiatives; sustainability & innovation programs and Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity across the global value chain and enterprise-wide expenditures.
Prior to Estée Lauder, he served as a catalyst for transformation, innovation and growth through senior level executive positions in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Workplace & Enterprise Services and Engineering in healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods/products, medical device, academia and automotive industries.
Quentin is Chairman of Board for the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc.
Quentin holds a Master of Science degree from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, and has completed executive development work at Columbia University, Thunderbird University and Trinity College – Dublin.
