Qiana Williams is Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer Oregon Health & Science University, the state’s only academic health center.

In this role, Qiana oversees all components of HR, including compensation, labor relations, benefits, retirement and HR data systems. She participates in development of strategies, plans and programs, with a focus on equitable impacts to the organization’s people.

Qiana brings more than 20 years of HR experience, and a successful track record as a people-centered leader who is passionate about transforming culture and creating inclusive workplace environments.

Prior to OHSU, Qiana served first as Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Culture Officer and ultimately Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Operations at OhioHealth, a not-for-profit health care system. Before health care, she served in HR leadership roles at large financial and retail companies.

Qiana earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, and an Ed.S. in Workforce Education from the University of Georgia.
