Paul Linton is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at FTI Consulting, Inc., a global business advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations manage change, mitigate risk and resolve financial, legal, regulatory and transactional disputes. He is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
In his role, Linton is responsible for developing the company’s overall strategy and transformation agenda in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer. He also supports the company’s five business segments and geographic regions to develop, refine and drive their near-term and medium-term strategic agendas.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2014, Linton served as a Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG). During his 14 years with BCG, he developed deep operations, organization and large-scale transformation experience by working closely with executive management teams of numerous large- and mid-sized, multi-national corporations. In addition to client service, he led profession-al recruiting for BCG’s Washington, D.C. office. He was the first African American to be promoted to Partner in the Washington, D.C. office at BCG.
Linton holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business add a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
