Patrick Smith is the Executive Vice President and Head of Financial Wellness and Strategy at KeyBank.

In this role, Patrick is accountable for the design and acceleration of the holistic Financial Wellness experience across all Key channels and products, and will shape how Key uses data and insights to help its clients, and drive a differentiated Wellness experience every day.

Prior to joining Key, Patrick served as Vice President, Customer Experience and Data & Analytics Strategy for Liberty Mutual. In this role he was responsible for defining a strategy to provide consistently great customer experiences across all channels (digital, phone, in-person) and interactions. He was also responsible for developing the Data & Analytics strategy for the U.S. Consumer Markets business.

Previously, Patrick held roles of increasing responsibility at Capital One, including Vice President of National Expansion and National Distribution, Vice President of Retail Bank Digital Channels and Products, and Vice President of Channels Strategy and Customer Experience.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Tuskegee University, a Master of Business Administration from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and a
