Patricia Golden Webb is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer/ Chief Human Resources Officer for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), one of the nation’s largest health systems, based in Englewood, Colorado. CHI has more than 98,000 employees and operates in 17 states comprising 100 hospitals, 30 critical access facilities, community health services organizations; an accredited nursing college and home health agencies.

 

In this role, Webb is responsible for CHI’s people strategy, foundation, diversity and inclusion, and marketing and communications.

 

Webb chairs the CHI Foundation and Centura Health Boards as well as serves on the Mercy Health Network Board.

 

Webb is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a former National President of the National Association of Health Services Executives.

 

Webb holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from University of North Florida.
