Patricia Golden Webb serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the newly formed CommonSpirit Health™, one of the largest health systems in the United States. CommonSpirit, the merged entity of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, encompasses 800+ care locations, approximately 150,000 employees, and $29.2 billion in revenues. Webb co-leads the CSH’s transformation and national integration efforts.
Webb previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer/Chief HR Officer for CHI. Prior to joining CHI, Webb served in senior executive roles at UMass Memorial Health Care, Boston Medical Center, Wake Med and the University of Florida Health hospital. She served as the National President of the National Association of Health Services Executives from 2003 – 2005.
Webb is the current Chair for the CHI Foundation Board and the Centura Health Board.
Webb is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a fellow and graduate of the Massachusetts Healthcare College.
Webb has a Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and a Master’s degree in Business and Human Resources Management from the University of North Florida.
