Nneka Rimmer is Senior Vice President, Business Transformation for McCormick.
In this role, Rimmer is responsible for leading all business transformation initiatives. Rimmer oversees the company’s Global Information Technology, Global Enablement, Enterprise S/4 HANA business transformation and its corresponding Change Management teams. She is a member of McCormick’s Management Committee.
Rimmer most recently served as SVP, Strategy and Global Enablement. Prior to joining McCormick, she was a Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group. While at Boston Consulting Group for 13 years, she executed large-scale transformation initiatives working with large global consumer goods corporations. Her areas of strategic expertise included trade, competition, international growth, go-to-market strategies as well as organizational development.
Rimmer serves on the Board of Directors for SupHerb Farms, Vivanda, KIPP Baltimore, University of Maryland, Baltimore and Energizer Holdings, Inc.
Rimmer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
