Nneka Rimmer is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Global Enablement at McCormick and Co. She is one of the nine named executive officers of the company, and she reports directly to the CEO. In this role, Rimmer is responsible for shaping overall corporate strategies to achieve McCormick’s strategic and financial objectives. In this role she also examines the current portfolio of business, formulates growth strategies and works to increase EVA (Economic Value Added).
Rimmer is the company’s senior mergers and acquisition leader, providing strategic direction for all M&A and shaping the corporate-wide portfolio strategy. In this role, she also serves as a board member for two of McCormick Joint Ventures.
Previously, Rimmer was a Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group, where was elected as the first African-American female partner in the 50-year history of the Boston Consulting Group. Rimmer currently sits on the Board of KIPP Baltimore and The Surge Institute.
Rimmer has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
