Neil H. Wilcox is Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for Fiserv.
In this role, Neil leads the company’s focus on corporate citizenship and social responsibility, including strategies to build upon its success in community and non-profit engagement, diversity and inclusion, and global philanthropy and volunteerism. He oversees sustainability commitments for the organization and helps govern and measure the impact of these initiatives and their value to the business and key stakeholders.
Since his appointment as Executive Vice President and Head of CSR at Fiserv in 2021, the company has made meaningful strides in the CSR and ESG spaces – integrating both programs broadly across all business functions.
Under Neil’s leadership, Fiserv recently received recognition from the Military Times and Forbes for its commitment to veterans and the military community; earned a top score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for its LGBTQ+ workplace equality policies and practices; and achieved LEED Platinum certification at the company’s spectacular 428,000-square-foot hub location in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Neil received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
