Nadia Owens is the Senior Vice President, HR Global Performance & Rewards for DXC Technology, a $17B leading technology and professional services company with over 110k professionals globally.

In partnership with DXC’s executive leadership team and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, Owens is responsible for designing and delivering globally inclusive human capital performance and rewards solutions to engage and motivate DXC’s workforce.

Owens has held a number of global strategic HR executive roles in industries including technology, professional services and consumer products. She has a proven track record of leading, managing and executing large scale change initiatives in globally diverse and matrix organizations.

Owens believes in fostering a culture of well-being through diverse and inclusive programs and policies that creates the conditions for people to thrive both professionally and personally.

Owens is a board member of The New York Foundling, an organization that provides services including foster care, education and adoption assistance to children and families.

Owens holds an M.S. degree in Human Resources Management and a B.S. degree in Business Management from Long Island University.
