Millicent L. Knight is Senior Vice President of the Customer Development Group, EssilorLuxottica, NA.
In this role, Knight is responsible for eye care professional relations, KOL’s, education, advocacy, sales training, is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and sponsors the multicultural BRG.
Formerly, Knight was Vice President, Professional Affairs, NA, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., serving on the North America Leadership Team. She was responsible for leading professional strategies including education, advocacy, and connections to emerging and established industry leaders.
Knight owned two private eye-health practices featuring an integrative natural approach. She has received numerous top awards in industry including Optometrists of the Year by both the National and Illinois Optometric Associations. Knight was awarded J&J Standards of Leadership Award, Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optical, WIO Theia Award for Leadership, and OWA Pleiades Award.
Knight received her Doctor of Optometry and B.S., Vision Science degrees from Illinois College of Optometry. She also received a B.A. in Biology from Augustana College. She is a Fellow in American Academies of Optometry, Anti-Aging Regenerative Medicine, National Academies of Practice, and a Kellogg Leadership Fellow.
