Michael A. Conway is President of Global Channel Development at the Starbucks Corporation. In this role, Conway leads the company’s efforts to connect people around the world to Starbucks. Conway is a seasoned executive who came to Starbucks with over 20 years of CPG experience. Prior to joining Starbucks, Conway was the Worldwide President of McNeil Nutritionals, a division of Johnson & Johnson that marketed nutritional consumer products including: SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, LACTAID® and VIACTIV®. Before this appointment, Conway held several key roles at McNeil leading the company’s business units in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Prior to that, Conway was Vice President of Marketing in the U.S. soup group at Campbell Soup Company. Conway oversaw its $1 billion soup franchise.
Conway holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
