Martin H. Nesbitt is Co-Chief Executive Officer and founder of Vistria Group, LLC. In this role, he shares the leadership role of the Chicago-based investment company focused on education, healthcare and financial services industries.
Prior to co-founding Vistria, Nesbitt was Chief Executive Officer of The Parking Spot, an owner and operator of off-airport parking facilities. Nesbitt conceptualized and co-founded The Parking Spot and was responsible for running all its strategic and operating aspects.
Nesbitt’s approach to the off-airport parking business was heralded by industry insiders as extremely innovative and has been recognized in national publications like The New York Times, USA Today, and Fortune Small Business Magazine. Nesbitt is a former Board member of the Chicago 2016 Olympic Committee.
Nesbitt holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Honorary Doctorate from Albion College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
