Marc A. Howze is Group President, Lifecycle Solutions and Chief Administrative Officer at Deere & Company.
In this role, Howze leads a team focused on the integration of aftermarket and product support capabilities. This team focuses on the full ownership experience of John Deere products over the course of their life cycles.
Additionally, as Chief Administrative Officer, Howze is responsible for key administrative activities including human resources and labor relations, employee health and safety, facilities management and security, aviation, supply management and logistics, brand management and communications, and corporate citizenship with the John Deere Foundation.
Prior to joining John Deere, Howze served in the U.S. Army as an artillery officer and in various capacities as a Judge Advocate.
Howze is a member of the boards of the Executive Leadership Council.
In 2018, Howze was elected to the board of directors for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.
Howze earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
