M. Alan Gardner is currently Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Frontier Communications where he is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
In addition to traditional human resources functions covering talent acquisition and management, talent development and total rewards his responsibilities also include Labor Relations, Environmental, Health and Safety and Security and Real Estate and Facilities.
Alan is a member of the Advisory Boards of A Call To Men, a domestic violence prevention organization and World At Work, a non-profit HR association focused on Total Rewards, and the future of work.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas, and a Executive MBA program at the Southern Methodist University.
