Lloyd H. Dean is President & Chief Executive Officer of Dignity Health. Dean is a nationally recognized leader within healthcare with over twenty years in the industry. Dean has led Dignity Health through significant strategic, operational and financial transformations to its current status as a leading healthcare organization recognized for high quality and compassionate care. Previously, Dean served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Advocate Health Care, a faith-based integrated healthcare delivery system.
Dean serves as a Member of McKesson’s Advisory Board, the Health Research and Development Institute and served as Member of Board of Trustees at Catholic Health Association of the United States.
Dean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Education from Western Michigan University. Dean is also a Graduate of Pennsylvania State University’s Executive Management Program.
