LJ Louis is the Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer at WPP.
Since joining the company, Louis has designed a global talent and inclusion strategy centered on four pillars: attraction, engagement, development and advancement. In her role, she leads teams accountable for talent management, learning and development, succession planning and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Louis has 15 years of human resources and diversity and inclusion experience across several industries including real estate, consumer retail and professional services.
Prior to her current role, she was Senior Vice President, Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer at WeWork where she established the company’s Office of Inclusion and led a global team responsible for talent acquisition, talent operations, employee experience and employer brand.
In her earlier roles at L Brands as Vice President, Head of Global Leadership Talent and Korn Ferry as a Partner in the executive search practice, she focused on executive development and recruitment.
Louis received a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at New York University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Management at Georgetown University.
