Lewis Steverson is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Administrative Officer for Corning.
In this role, Steverson manages all legal matters for Corning and advises the CEO, the Board of Directors, and the Senior Leadership Team on all legal issues. In addition to the Law Department, Steverson manages Aircraft Operations, Global Health Services, Global Security, Workplace Services, Office of Racial Equality and Social Unity (ORESU), Corning Enterprises, Community Engagement, and the Department of Archives and Records Management.
Steverson further oversees the Office of the CEO, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Corporate Functions Review.
Prior to joining Corning in 2013, Steverson served as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Motorola Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Motorola, Inc.).
Steverson serves as a director on the boards for the Hemlock Semiconductor Group, LLC, Siena College, and the Big Shoulders Fund. Steverson is also a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and the Economic Clubs of Chicago and New York.
Steverson earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Siena College and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
