Leslie Hale is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for RLJ Lodging Trust. In this role, Hale is responsible for all financial matters across RLJ and is intricately involved in the company’s major decisions including investments, daily operations and long term strategic transactions.
Hale joined RLJ in as Director of Real Estate and Finance, with responsibility for obtaining financing for all assets and managing the execution process for each financing and real estate transaction. Hale was promoted to Vice President with responsibilities expanded to include all treasury functions. Prior to working at RLJ, Hale held several positions within General Electric Capital Corp. (GE).
Hale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, summa cum laude, with a concentration in Finance, from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where Hale was a Goldman Sachs and Robert F. Toigo Fellow.
