Lenny McNeill is Executive Vice President, Home Mortgage for U.S. Bank.
As a member of the U.S. Bank Consumer Lending Executive Leadership, Lenny leads a team that applies advanced market analytics to enhance affordable homeownership programs throughout the country. This creates long term growth to benefit U.S. Bank business lines and all of the communities it serves.
McNeill has more than 35 years of service in the finance industry.
McNeill is the past Chairman of NAHREP Corporate Board of Governors and has board advisory affiliations with AREAA, NAREB and VAREP. Lenny recently received the DEI Leadership Award from the MBA recognizing a newly created initiative entitled Access Home that creates homeowner opportunity for the historically overlooked and underserved.
McNeill serves on the MBA Affordable Homeownership Advisory Council, Fannie Mae’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council, Groundbreak homeownership working group, Project Reach homeownership working group and sits on multiple industry board of directors. Lenny and his team played a significant role in the delivery of the Community Benefits Plan, the ESG and the Special Purpose Credit Program now known as the Access Home Loan.
McNeill holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UC Riverside.
