Larson Richardson is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Republic Services, a leader in the environmental services industry. Through its subsidiaries, the company provides customers with the most complete set of products and services, including recycling, solid waste, special waste, hazardous waste and field services. Republic’s industry-leading commitments to advance circularity and support decarbonization are helping deliver on its vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world.
In this role, Richardson has full P&L responsibility for +$7B in revenue across the Western half of the United States, with +15k employees.
Richardson’s functional responsibilities include leading safety, sales, talent development, pricing, finance, operations, and business development.
Richardson has spent more than 20 years in the Environmental Services Industry and has held roles of increasing responsibility in both operations and sales.
Richardson currently serves on the board of the Kansas City Area Development Council.
Originally from North Carolina, Richardson earned his Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central University and his Master in Business Administration from Wesleyan College.
