Lajuana Bradford is Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for Regions Bank, a regional bank that operates throughout the South, Midwest and Texas and is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.

 

In this role, Bradford directs the coordination, tracking and reporting of Regions Bank’s progress in diversity and inclusion, environmental impact and sustainability. She also supports the bank’s volunteer programs and charitable response to disasters.

 

Bradford’s commitment to community service is seen through current and past board affiliations. She currently serves on the boards of the YWCA of Central Alabama, Alabama Humanities Foundation, Miles College Trustees and Red Mountain Theatre Company. She has served on the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the Alabama Region of the American Red Cross. She is passionate about the American Heart Association and chaired the 2017 Birmingham Go Red for Women campaign. She is a member of The Links, Incorporated.

 

Bradford holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Executive Leadership Program and the Boston College Management Development Program in Corporate Community Involvement.
