
Kimberly Gee Stith is Vice President and General Counsel for Employment and Benefits at Waste Management, the country’s leading environmental services provider.
In this role, she is responsible for providing leadership and legal counsel to senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding employment law, benefits, executive compensation, corporate security, drug testing, employee screening, investigations and compliance matters impacting the Company’s over 50,000 employees across the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Waste Management, Stith was a partner in Littler Mendelson’s Houston office where she advised clients on and litigated cases involving all aspects of employment law. She began her legal career at Bracewell & Patterson, LLP (now Bracewell LLP) after receiving her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Stith held past leadership roles in the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation and has been honored as Top 30 Influential Women in Houston.
