Kim Waller is the Executive Vice President of Willis Towers Watson Diversity Solutions, a practice group focused on driving new organic growth through the power of diversity.
In this role, Kim is finding new and creative ways to drive revenue growth by leveraging the value of innovative insurance solutions in strategic partnerships with women- and minority-owned businesses across the country. The success of this work has delivered more than $1 billion in economic value to clients across North America.
Kim has over 29 years of experience serving to help transform and protect organizations focused on growth. She has demonstrated value throughout her broad-ranging career from production underwriter, to managing director of an insurance division, to practice group leader and national leader of Willis Towers Watson’s strategy on recruiting, retaining and developing people of color within the firm.
Kim serves as the Board President for the Young Women’s Charter Leadership School and serves on the Board of Governors of Metropolitan Club in Chicago.
Kim holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
