Kim Walker serves as Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Kim previously served as the firm’s Director of Diversity, a position she held for fifteen years. She is also a partner in the Intellectual Property Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Kim is a member of The New York City Bar Association (City Bar), and previously served as a member of its Committee to Enhance Diversity in the Profession. She also represents Willkie as one of the founding members of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals.
Kim currently serves as a board member of The Legal Aid Society, also serving as a member of the Society’s Diversity and Inclusion subcommittee.
She is also a member of the NYS Mentoring Program Advisory Council and a Board member of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), both of which advocate for youth in foster care.
Kim has been recognized by leading industry publications and organizations, including Crain’s New York Business, Chambers USA, Corporate Counsel’s Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards and Lawyers of Color.
