Kim K.W. Rucker served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Andeavor and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the general partner of Andeavor Logistics LP from 2016-2018.
Prior to joining Andeavor, Rucker was Executive Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Kraft Foods Group, Inc.
In 2008, Rucker served as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer of Avon Products, Inc., and assumed the Corporate Secretary position in 2009. Rucker serves on the board of directors of Haven for Hope and a member of the board of trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Rucker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Iowa, a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
