Kiko Washington served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources for Warner Bros.
In this role, Washington was responsible for managing the company’s human resources department on a worldwide basis, which includes organizational planning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, employee relations, employee communications, shared services and work-life initiatives.
Washington joined Warner Bros. from parent company Time Warner, where he served as Vice President, Human Resources Planning and International Human Resources Management.
Prior to that, Washington spent 15 years at HBO, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, responsible for overseeing HBO’s global human resources planning and organizational development efforts.
Washington holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
