Kevin Warren is the Chief Marketing Officer for UPS. In this role, Warren is responsible for U.S. Marketing, International Marketing, The UPS Store, Digital Infrastructure Analytics, Revenue Management, Business Planning & Forecasting, Customer Experience and Loyalty Management, Segment Marketing, as well as Customer Communications and Public Relations.
Most recently, Warren served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Xerox Corporation, where he was responsible for marketing, worldwide channel strategy, salesforce effectiveness, and global client engagement for the company’s diverse portfolio. Kevin also served as President of Xerox’s Global Growth Opportunities, responsible for accelerating international revenue growth.
Warren serves as a Director of Georgetown University and The UPS Foundation.
Warren received his B.S. in finance from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Program.
