Kevin Alan Henry is Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer for PulteGroup, one of America’s largest homebuilding companies with operations in more than 40 markets throughout the country. PulteGroup has been providing the American Dream of homeownership to families for more than 60 years.
In this role, Henry is responsible for leading all people, communications, and corporate compliance functions at PulteGroup.
Henry is a seasoned executive with significant experience crafting human capital, talent and commercial strategies that position companies for explosive growth powered by strong performance- based cultures.
Henry was most recently Chief People Officer at BlueLinx Corporation. Prior to this role, Kevin has served over the last 27 years in Chief HR and People Officer roles at Extended Stay America, Snyder’s-Lance, Inc., Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and Nationwide Credit.
Henry also serves on the boards of directors of Saia Inc., a publicly traded logistics and distribution company listed on the NASDAQ, and the African American Leadership Academy of Charlotte.
Henry graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. degree in Industrial & Labor Relations.
