Kevin A. Henry, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer – Extended Stay America is responsible for all of the Company’s human resources, internal communications, community affairs, safety and loss prevention, operational excellence and guest relations functions.
Prior to his current role, Henry was Chief Human Resources Officer of Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. as well as Chief Human Resources Officer of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated. In these roles, Henry was responsible for all aspects of the Company’s human resources and people related functions.
Henry is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Johnson C. Smith University and currently serves on the Boards of Samaritans Feet International, Wake Forest University School of Business and The School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University.
Henry has been recognized by the National Urban League and the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund for his personal philanthropy.
Henry is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of industrial and labor relations.
