Kera Getter Wright is the Chief Financial Officer of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
In this role, Wright leads the team responsible for financial planning, data analytics, accounting, tax and treasury. These efforts are integral to the organization’s fundraising of more than $2B annually, which fuels the current six-year $12.9B St. Jude strategic plan and future needs, as well as to multi-millions in cost savings realized through operational efficiencies.
Under Wright’s leadership, the organization has achieved significant year-over-year growth. She is also responsible for the transformation of the finance operations to support innovation and growth strategies with data as a strategic asset.
Before ALSAC, Wright held executive roles at McKesson Corporation, most recently as Vice President of Customer Sales Operations. With more than 26 years of global experience in the areas of operations, finance, accounting and strategic management, she has also held management positions at Schering-Plough (Merck), Johnson & Johnson, US Oncology, Lockheed Martin and GE.
Wright holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hampton University. She also attended the Wharton School of Business.
