Kenneth D. Knight is Vice President of Worldwide Customer Fulfillment HR at Amazon. In this role, he has responsibility for Human Resources strategy and deployment across Amazon’s expansive network of fulfillment facilities. He leads a function that is critical to the long-term success of Amazon, providing the linkage between customer obsession, recruiting, business performance, growth and people strategy.

 

Knight has extensive international experience as an Operations, Business Line and HR Senior Executive, and he has led at scale on a global basis.

 

Knight joined Amazon in March 2016 after an impressive career at several Fortune 50 firms, where he held multiple senior executive positions, including the responsibility for development and deployment of manufacturing, product, technology and people solutions worldwide.

 

Knight has served on the boards for MIT Sloan Fellows and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. He also serves as an Executive Liaison with the National Society of Black Engineers, is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, and mentors countless youth.

 

Knight holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
