Ken Arnold is Senior Vice President and Global Chief People Officer for Avnet.
In this role, Arnold is responsible for leading Avnet’s global HR strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain employees.
In addition, Ken oversees Avnet’s corporate marketing and communications group to drive brand awareness and connect employees around the globe. He serves as management’s liaison to the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee of the Board of Directors for Avnet.
Arnold has more than 25 years of extensive experience in human resources and information technology across multiple industries. His executive management experience lends itself well to assisting companies that are seeking to drive engagement, change and high-performing team effectiveness.
Prior to Avnet, Arnold served on HR leadership teams for both Iron Mountain and Citicorp.
Recognized as one of Phoenix Business Journal’s Most Admired Leaders, Arnold stays connected to leading HR and Communication practices through organizations such as World 50, Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), and the HR Policy Association.
Arnold holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Tougaloo College.
