Kelly Fladger is Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Havertys Furniture.
In this role, Fladger is responsible for all aspects of the people strategy for the company and ESG reporting.
Fladger has almost 30 years of business experience, He has experience in the areas of M&A, Integration, Coaching, Change Management, Strategy and Planning. Fladger’s leadership through the years has led to recognition by ComputerWorld’s TOP 100 place to work in IT, Forbes as a “Best Employers for Diversity and several other Diversity and Inclusion awards in the US and Europe.
Prior to joining Havertys, Fladger served in senior level positions in Human Resources and DEI for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Belk, and Perdue Farms.
Fladger previously served on the boards of The Franklin P. and Arthur W. Perdue Foundation, Peninsula Regional Medical Center Foundation and Thurgood Marshall Center Trust.
Fladger is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and a recipient of the Presidentsial
Award for National Service and Contribution at Livingstone College.
Fladger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.
