A Fortune 500 company and a member of the S&P 500 Index, CDW employs more than 10,000 coworkers and in 2022, the company generated annual net sales of $22 billion.

He’s consistently recognized for developing strategies and playbooks to achieve inclusive and diverse cultures that authentically engage coworkers and produce award-winning business results.
Sanders serves on the board for Florida Atlantic University, YWCA, Lurie’s Children Hospital, the African American Leadership Academy and is a Board Member Emeritus for King Arts Complex and Black Economic Alliance.
Sanders is an active member of The Executive Leadership Council, The Society of HR Managers and the National Association of African Americans in HR.
Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University.
