Keith H. Williamson is Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for Centene Corporation.
An experienced business executive and corporate attorney, Keith joined Centene Corporation in 2006 and currently serves as EVP, Secretary and General Counsel. Centene is Fortune 50 and provides a range of commercial and government funded healthcare programs.
Keith serves on the board of PPL Corporation, an electric utility operating in Kentucky, Pennsylvania and the United Kingdom.
Prior to Centene, Keith spent 18 years with Pitney Bowes, serving his last seven as President of its Capital Services Division. Keith began his career as a tax lawyer with Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. He later joined Reavis & McGrath (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in New York City.
Keith is board chair of the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. Recognitions include: St. Louis Business Journal’s 2017 “Corporate Counsel of the Year”; the Missouri Lawyers 2019 “Lifetime Achievement Award”; and the Mound City Bar’s “Legal Legends Award.” Keith’s daughter Nicole is a 3L at Harvard Law School.
Keith received his B.A. from Brown University, his J.D. and M.B.A. from Harvard University, and his LL.M. in taxation from NYU.
