Kathy N. Waller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Coca-Cola Company until her retirement in March 2019.
Waller joined Coca-Cola in 1987 as a Senior Accountant and assumed roles of increasing responsibility during her career, including Vice President, Finance and Controller. Waller implemented her extensive experience in accounting, finance and strategic planning successfully within the global business enterprise.
In addition to her role in Finance, Waller also led The Coca-Cola Company’s Women’s Leadership Council from its inception in 2007 until 2014 and helped develop its highly successful Women in Leadership global program.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Waller worked for the firm now known as Deloitte. Waller is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Waller also served on the Advisory Board of Catalyst, the leading nonprofit organization with a mission to expand opportunities for women and business.
Waller holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
